How do I create my profile?
For first-time users, click Log In from the left menu. Use the Create New Student Profile option to create your own username, password and profile. This step is required.
I’ve attended TCC before… is my login information the same as the one I used in TED?
No. You must create a new login for Continuing Education.
How do I update my profile?
You may edit or update your student profile at any time. After signing in, access the link titled “My Profile” to change any of the information. Click “Edit” at the top or bottom of the page. You may then edit any of your profile fields. When you are finished with your edits, scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Submit”.
Can I pay by check? What are my payment options?
You can only pay via a credit card online. If you would like to pay using some other method, you will need to visit the Metro campus and speak to someone in Continuing Education on the 5th floor.
Is there a minimum age for students in Continuing Education courses?
There is generally an age requirement of 16 years old except where noted. For example, our youth programs have age requirements are well as some personal enrichment courses. Because you are required to submit your birth date, the system will let you know if you are registering for a class in which you are not eligible due to an age restriction.
Can I purchase gift cards for classes?
Gift cards are available for purchase online for a dollar amount that can be applied to a class of the recipient’s choice. Simply click the Buy Gift Card option at the top of the page for more information.
Can my employer pay for my course?
Yes. You can make this request of your employer when checking out if you have specified an employer in your profile.
What is the standard refund policy?
100% refund will be given if a written, telephone, faxed, or in person request is made to the Continuing Education office 2 full business days (M-F) before the first scheduled class meeting. Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. The Continuing Education department reserves the right to amend this policy for specialized events and programs.
The Continuing Education department does have other refund policies that are used for specialty classes such as College For Kids. Always be sure to read the policy that you must agree to when enrolling into a class.
When is a class canceled?
We make every effort to maintain the schedule of classes as announced in our catalog. However, we reserve the right to cancel classes, change instructors, switch rooms, and combine classes when necessary. If a class is cancelled by TCC, you will be given the choice to receive a full refund or transfer to another class.
Can I enroll with assistance? I don't have a computer at my home.
Yes, you may call (918) 595-7200 for assistance with registration. You will not be eligible for the Web promotion discount, however our staff is happy to help you in any way you need.
I use Windows 8. Can I still view the site?
For Windows 8 users, please be aware there are two versions of Internet Explorer on your device - Metro and Desktop. To use our registration site, you must use the Desktop version of Internet Explorer, and not the Metro version.
To start the Desktop version, click on or touch the Desktop tile on the Start screen. Then you will see the Internet Explorer icon in the task bar. This is the Desktop version which should be used for registration. If you are in Internet Explorer and the URL address is at the bottom of the screen, you are in the Metro version, should close it and open the desktop version following the instructions above.
